Phil has more than 10 years of banking experience supporting
small business and middle market customers.
Prior to joining GRB, Phil spent seven years with M&T
Bank as a Vice President – Commercial Lending Officer.
Today, Phil leads GRB’s marketing and sales efforts;
serves as the bank’s liaison to community support activities;
and provides guidance and direction over the bank’s
financial, operational, administrative and credit underwriting
activities.
Phil is a graduate of the William E. Simon School of Business
Administration. Besides sitting on GRB’s Board of Directors,
he is also a board member and volunteer at Compeer, a committee member
for the American Red Cross "Casting for Caring"
program, and he is involved with the Special Olympics Genesee
Region. Additionally, he serves on the board of the Rochester-area
Small Business Council and the board of the Monroe County Industrial Development Corporation (MCIDC).

Paul has more than 15 years experience in commercial banking
having worked for Chase Manhattan Bank, Fleet and most recently,
M&T Bank, prior to joining GRB in early 2004. At GRB,
Paul is responsible for leading the commercial banking team
to meet the needs of the local market.
Paul is a graduate of the William E. Simon School of Business
Administration. He gives his time and talents back to the
community by serving on the board of the Lifetime Assistance
Foundation and being a volunteer for the United Way of Greater
Rochester. Paul is also an active member of Rochester-area
Small Business Council and The Hillside Foundation
golf committee.

David has more than 17 years experience in commercial banking and management. At GRB, David is responsible for leading GRB's commercial real estate and secondary market lending teams.
David is a graduate of the William E. Simon School of Business Administration University of Rochester. He gives his time and talents back to the community by serving on the Advisory Board for the Town of Victor Parks and Recreation Department, Treasurer of the Victor Swim Club, Coach Victor Community Softball and Baseball and former Board Member and Treasurer for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Rochester.

Allana has more than 17 years of banking experience in the areas of Human Resources, Private Banking and Cash Management. Allana spent the past 10 years at M&T Bank prior to joining GRB in 2007. At GRB, Allana is responsible for leading the bank’s cash management and deposit initiatives.
She is a graduate of the John Wiley Jones School of Business at SUNY Geneseo, and earned the Certified Treasury Professional designation in 1999. Allana gives her time and talents back to the community by serving on the board and finance committee of the Rochester Education Foundation and is former Secretary and active member of the WNY Association for Financial Professionals.

Gary joined GRB in early 2004 and is a graduate of the Rochester
Institute of Technology. Gary brings 20 years of banking industry
experience, most recently serving as President and Chief Executive
Officer of the First Rochester Community Credit Union. Prior
to First Rochester, Gary was the Chief Financial Officer at
Family First Federal Credit Union.
At GRB, Gary is responsible for cash management, budgeting,
financial management, technology and operations. He is the Treasurer for Crisis Nursery of Greater Rochester.
